POLICIES
We require 24 hour notice prior to your appointment time to cancel or reschedule a appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your service you had scheduled. If you fail to show up to your appointment and fail to give notice (no call-no show) you will be charged a no call-no show fee of 50% of your service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered no-shows and will be charged 50% of your service. If you arrive late it cuts down on your valuable treatment time. Your treatment will still end on time in consideration of the next client. Please note you will be required to leave a credit card to hold any appointment when booking with BataLashSpa. In the unfortunate event you do not meet the requirements of our cancellation policy your credit card will be charged.
Please refrain from use of cell phones during service. Once service starts we ask that you do not check your cell phone, eyes must remain closed at all times.
No children are allowed in the treatment room. All children must remain in the waiting area and must be accompanied by another adult. Please secure childcare prior to your appointment, as your eyes must remain closed at all times.
Our goal is to ensure high quality lashes, we do not work on top of work from other salons unless the product and application is of the same quality. If application is not of the same quality we will be happy to remove your current lashes and start you off with a fresh, clean set.
